About the project
The Duo Hlubočepy project is a project of a rental apartment building located in a quiet part of Prague 5 - Hlubočepy.
A new apartment building with 54 apartments and offices will be built on the site of old warehouses. In total, there are 21 1+kt units, 33 2+kk units and 215 m2 of office space. There will be 47 parking spaces in the building complex.
The whole project is inspired by the modern trend of living. The so-called “micro flats” are fully furnished and kitted out with space-saving features so that tenants can take full advantage of the space that has been designed to the smallest of details to provide maximum comfort. The project includes a shared laundry room, bike storage and exterior space with landscaping.
